The beauty of BFF lies in its simplicity. No dialogue, just minimalist audio and a piano-centric score. The short tale of a zombie roaming a wasteland looking for something from her past is one that has to be seen to be appreciated.
The acting is superb and the undead make-up designs brought to life (so to speak) by Mica Guttridge is extremely impressive.
Shot in the streets around Norwich, one would have difficulty believing the whole thing was shot and cut in a single day.

BFF was released in 2014.
